By ordering at cliquidlab.com you agree to the following terms and conditions.

AT THIS TIME WE HAVE TAKEN STEPS TO ENSURE WE CAN STILL SHIP ORDERS THROUGH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.  TRACKED SHIPPING WILL NOT BE OFFERED AS CONTACT MUST BE MADE TO SEND THESE PACKAGES, THIS ALLOWS US TO MAXIMISE THE PROTECTION OF OUR STAFF WITH AS LITTLE CONTACT AS POSSIBLE AND MAINTAINING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE ISOLATION. WE HOPE TO RESUME OUR NORMAL PRACTICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME. MOST IMPORTANTLY STAY SAFE AND TOGETHER WE WILL BEAT THIS. PLEASE NOTE DELIVERIES MAY TAKE LONGER TO MANY LOCATIONS UP TO 1 MONTH,  WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS BUT WILL ENSURE ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED PROMPTLY SO PLEASE BE PATIENT IF YOU CANNOT WAIT PLEASE DO NOT ORDER AT THIS TIME AS WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT GUARANTEE FAST SHIPMENTS.

!. It is the responsibility of the the customer to ensure all products ordered are legal in your country. Any orders orders seized by customs will not be reshipped under any circumstances.

2. If goods are not claimed from the post office and goods are returned to sender they will be lost as we do not use a return address that we can claim back the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure you claim all packages from the post office before they are returned to sender to avoid losing your package. No reship will take place for orders not claimed from the post office.

3. All purchases are final under no circumstances can you order a product then change your mind, once shipped there's no turning back.

4. Orders are shipped daily by your selected shipping method Monday to Friday. If you have not received your order after 1 month for EU countries or 6 weeks for non EU orders contact us and we will investigate on [email protected] we have extended our shipping times due to delays in the postal system.

5. If you do not receive your order we will reship ONCE subject to condition 6 below  free of charge, no refund will be offered under any circumstances. If claims for non delivery are repetitive we reserve the right to refuse reship and / or close your account. 

6, Orders under €100 will be reshipped in full, orders over €100 will only reship 50% of the order value unless you have selected to ship your order by tracked shipping in which case we will reship once in full subject to conditions above.

7.  If your goods are damaged or any item missing it must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt by email [email protected]

8. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. If you have not paid in full your order will be placed on hold until the balance is paid.
