Airmail EU - - Delivery
normally 4 - 7 working days from posting but can take longer. no signature required as
not tracked.
Airmail - Non EU - -
Delivery normally 14 - 30 working days from posting but can take longer, no signature
required as not tracked.
Tracked Shipping - EU -
Delivery normally 4 - 7 working days from posting but can take longer. A signature will
be required on delivery. ( Only available for orders over €150 )
Tracked shipping - Non EU - Tracking not available to non EU countries
DHL or UPS - EU ONLY - Delivery is guaranteed in 3 - 5 days. ( This is calculated as working days Monday - Friday, Saturday and Sundays are not counted as they are not standard working days or public holidays. For example if your order is shipped on Thursday it is guaranteed for the following Thursday delivery.)
If an order has not been delivered after 2 weeks within Spain, 1 month within the EU or 60 days outside the EU please contact us and we will investigate.
