1. No refunds are given under any circumstances. If for any reason you are unhappy please contact us to discuss.
2. It is the responsibility of the the customer to ensure all products ordered are legal in your country. Any orders orders seized by customs will not be reshipped under any circumstances.
3. If goods are not claimed from the post office and goods are returned to sender they will be lost as we do not use a return address that we can claim back the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure you claim all packages from the post office before they are returned to sender to avoid losing your package. No reship will take place for orders not claimed from the post office.
4. All purchases are final under no circumstances can you order a product then change your mind, once shipped there's no turning back.
5. Orders are shipped daily by your selected shipping method Monday to Thursday no orders are shipped Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Spanish public holidays. If you have not received your order after 1 month for EU countries or 6 weeks for non EU orders contact us and we will investigate on email@example.com we have extended our shipping times due to delays in the postal system.
6. If you do not receive your order we will reship ONCE subject to condition 6 below free of charge, no refund will be offered under any circumstances. If claims for non delivery are repetitive we reserve the right to refuse reship and / or close your account.
7, Orders under €100 will be reshipped in full, orders over €100 will only reship 50% of the order value unless you have selected to ship your order by tracked shipping in which case we will reship once in full subject to conditions above.
8. If your goods are damaged or any item missing it must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt by email firstname.lastname@example.org
9. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 1 week of you receiving the order. Any complaints after this time will not be entertained under any circumstances as any issues would be known immediately after receiving your order. Please submit any claims by email to email@example.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
10. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. If you have not paid in full your order will be placed on hold until the balance is paid, under payments will not be accepted or refunded ensure you send the correct amount of Bitcoin.
11. If 60ml bottles are ordered we may replace with 6 x 10ml bottles at no extra charge if 60ml bottles are not available.
